What we collect
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. If you sign up with an email address instead, we store that address and a cryptographic hash of your password — never the password itself, which we cannot read or recover. When you use the service, we store the files you upload, the resulting dubbed files, and processing metadata (language, duration, timestamps). We record billing information through Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We log basic technical data such as IP address and usage for security and service operation.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We send transactional email (such as receipts and account notices) through our email provider.
Your files
Uploaded files and dubbed outputs are private to your account and are not listed or shared publicly.
Sharing
We share data only with providers who help run the service: Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional email, and the account confirmation and password-reset messages), Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google), and our hosting/processing infrastructure. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep account and file data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated files by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these, contact us through our contact form.
