Terms of Service

1. Who we are

gomakego.com (“gomakego”, “we”, “us”) is an online service operated by Levně a Kvalitně s.r.o. that adds AI-generated dubbed audio tracks to video and audio files uploaded by users.

2. The service

You upload a video or audio file, select a target language, and download a file with a new dubbed audio track. Your uploaded files are private and are not listed publicly. The service processes a limited number of minutes per month according to your plan.

3. Accounts

You can sign in either with a Google account or with an email address and a password. If you use a password, you are responsible for keeping it secret, and you must confirm your email address before the account can be used. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use a paid plan.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown on our site and may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods only.

4a. One-off packages (trade fair stand package)

We also sell one-off packages that are not subscriptions. The trade fair stand package is a single payment, charged once through Stripe, with no recurring billing and nothing to cancel. It covers the work described where you bought it: up to three of your videos dubbed into up to five languages, and a player configured for your stand for the duration of the fair. Buying it also creates an account on this service and adds a one-time allowance of processing minutes to it.

One-off packages are sold to businesses, not to consumers. The statutory consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out what happens instead.

Videos produced under a one-off package are kept on your account for ten years from upload. That is a retention commitment, not a guarantee of permanent storage: we may still remove content that breaches section 6, and you can always delete your own files.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account: sign in, go to your profile, and click “Manage subscription” to open the billing portal, where you can cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date. We do not require you to contact us to cancel.

6. Acceptable use

You may only upload content you own or have the right to process. You may not use the service to create unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to process content depicting minors inappropriately or other illegal material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the payment or dispute process.

7. Fair use of processing minutes

Each plan includes a set number of processing minutes per month. Minutes do not roll over unless stated. Additional usage may be billed per minute as shown on our pricing page.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Processing quality varies with source material; complex or overlapping multi-speaker audio may produce lower-quality results.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
