Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time. Sign in, open your profile, and click “Manage subscription” to reach the billing portal, then choose to cancel. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. You do not need to email us to cancel.

Refunds on digital services

gomakego is a digital service that delivers dubbed audio files immediately when you use it. Because the service is delivered and consumed as soon as you process a file, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once processing minutes have been used in a billing period.

Trade fair stand package

The trade fair stand package is a one-off purchase, not a subscription: it is charged once, there is no recurring billing, and there is nothing to cancel. It is sold to businesses rather than to consumers, so the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

The fee is non-refundable. Instead of refunds we fix problems: if any part of the package is wrong — a dub you are not happy with, a language you want swapped, a player that does not behave on your stand — tell us and we will redo it until it is right, at no extra cost, for as long as you need it before and during the fair.

Two things this does not cover, because they would not be fair. If we fail to deliver the package at all, you get all of your money back. And if you tell us to stop before we have begun producing your dubs, we will refund you in full — the work has not started, so there is nothing to pay for. If something goes wrong

If the service failed and you were unable to use minutes you paid for, contact us through our contact form and describe the problem. We review these case by case and will issue a refund or credit where a genuine service failure prevented you from using what you paid for.

Free trial

As a limited-time offer, every user can currently process up to 20 minutes per month for free (normally 5), and anonymous users can try up to 20 minutes without signing up (they sign in to download the result). We encourage you to test the service on the free tier before subscribing.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues (including cancellation problems) are resolved quickly by email. Filing a bank dispute without contacting us may result in account suspension.
